2 years later I've happily reviewed HcdSurveys. HcdSurveys is a great survey site I found out about back in 2008. With HCD Surveys panelist earn cash for taking online surveys.

When you reach $10 (1000 pts) you can redeem your cash and request a check in the $10 amount. They will only email you if there is a new survey. Payments typically take 2 to 3 weeks to prepare.
HCD rewards program is straightforward for the reason that $1 corresponds to 100 points. Every point you accumulate from taking HcdSurveys will without exception be identically same as money.
Panelist are welcome to take as many surveys as they want, but you won't earn points for surveys you are not a match. For paid surveys you take and aren't a match 10 pts is naturally ascribed to your balance.
If you take a survey and its full or closed panelist don't qualify for the incentive, but for paid surveys HCD members that started the survey and disqualified receive 10 points. In order to receive the points you have to get past the first survey page.
On occasion HCD panelist might receive a survey that doesn't offer points. Every survey invite explains the points you receive from that survey.
You should get about 35-50 surveys from HCD a year. Always check to make sure your demographics are filled out and refreshed, this allows you to take more paid surveys as they are looking for people that are active members.
Since every survey panelist is requested to participate in, HCD broadcasts an e-message and places a survey on HCD website.
